Business Development
Companies, projects, partnerships and resources. It all starts with one conversation.
What happens in the thirty minutes
A conversation on Google Meet with a lawyer or advisor from our network. All calls are in English or Spanish. No slide deck, no sales pitch.
Whether you are buying one apartment or mapping a sector, the first meeting exists to understand your situation. Everything after it depends on that.
What people bring to these calls
The same half hour works for someone buying one apartment and for a team mapping a sector. What changes is the detail, not the shape of the conversation.
Documents and structure
- Which documents a purchase, a lease or a company actually requires
- What has to be apostilled, translated or notarised, and in what order
- What a power of attorney covers if you cannot be here in person
- How ownership and title are verified before money moves
- How a corporate structure is set up and what it obliges you to
Ground truth
- Who the counterparty in front of you actually is
- What a permit, concession or registration really covers
- Areas, schools, healthcare and cost of living, if you are moving
- A straight answer on safety, area by area
- What the sector looks like now, rather than in the last article written about it
Checking what you were told
- You have found a property. Is it what it appears to be
- You have been offered a project. Does the paperwork support the pitch
- Someone has offered to help you. We tell you whether that is normal
- You have already chosen a school or an area. We tell you what we know
- We can go and look at something in person for you
Working with us
How the consultation works, what it costs and what happens afterwards.
What actually happens on the call?
Thirty minutes on Google Meet with a lawyer or advisor from our network. You explain what you are trying to do, we tell you the real sequence for your case, name the risks specific to your situation, and give you the next three steps in order. Afterwards you get a written summary, a document checklist for your case and an introduction to the right professional.
What does it cost?
The price is shown at the last step of booking, once you have seen exactly what the half hour contains. Your payment confirms the meeting. There are no other charges attached to the call, and nothing is billed afterwards without you agreeing to it first.
What language is the call in?
All calls are in English or Spanish.
Can I move my meeting?
Yes, as many times as you need, free of charge, up to four hours before it starts. Every confirmation email carries its own reschedule link, so you never need an account or a password. What you cannot do is cancel for a refund: all purchases are final. A no-show cannot be rescheduled free of charge.
How do I pay?
In USDT, to us as a direct transfer, because ordinary banking rails into Venezuela are slow and crypto is what works here in practice. Lots of goods and services in Venezuela are settled in USDT for the same reason: it takes minutes rather than days, weeks or months. With us is a great way to start and learn to make your first crypto transaction if you don't know how crypto payments work already. In Venezuela, you can pay for properties, food in the super markets, or even gas at the gas station with USDT, so you better get used to the idea.
Are you lawyers?
Natalia is a Venezuelan lawyer. The consultation itself is practical orientation rather than legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Where your case needs formal legal work, that is engaged separately and directly with the professional doing it.
What if I am not ready to do anything yet?
That is the normal starting point. Most people who talk to us are working out whether their idea is realistic at all. Finding out that it is not, early and cheaply, is a perfectly good outcome.
If any of this is you, this is a good place to start.
We are your first contact, as nothing happens in this country before you have the right documents in your hand.
Whichever of those you are, the sequence is the same. Work out what you actually need, get the documents in order, then act. And if you are none of them and simply want information you can rely on about Venezuela, that is the whole job as well.

Between us we read the contract, ask the question, and tell you what you could do based on your situation. We act as your trusted source in Venezuela.
Venezuela Invest exists because the information about this country is held by people who are not easy for a foreigner to reach or understand, and the easy-to-reach information that you will encounter online is mostly wrong or years old. We are the step in between. Talk to us first! We're here to help!
Natalia
Handles the legal side in Venezuela: documents, title, company formation, what is actually required and in what order. In addition, expertise in import, export and logistics.

- ×We do not promise returns, and we do not tell you Venezuela is simple or easy without guidance
- ×We do not hold your money or act as a financial intermediary
- ×We do not broker access to anything, and we are wary of people who say they can
